We seek to inspire citycentric hubs of mission for North America.
Did you know… We live in an urban society, where 83% of the US population now live in metro areas. We live in a flexible society, where 40% of the US workforce will be classed as independent workers by 2020. We live in a communal society, where people in the West are driven by a longing to belong through a "new tribalism." And we live in a post-Christian society, where the "good news" is often "irrelevant news" and studies find that for every new church that opens in the US four close. Interestingly, in Jeremiah 29:7 the Bible says, “Seek the peace and prosperity of the city… Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.” How fitting a charge for such a time as this in our society. Join us as we seek to strategically serve the cities we love as agents of gospel innovation, collaboration and sacrifice through the Mission Collective.
A special thanks to the following friends and partners in mission in the creation of this site: Robbie de Villiers for his beautiful branding of the Mission Collective, Jason Foster for his creative sound of the Mission Collective, and the Camp House for use of photos of their original citycentric space.
